Stars
There's something about this night
when the lights are fully on, like my eyes,
and the sky is completely dark.
In nights like these,
I float myself away
into the dreams of light
coming from the lightbulbs
and seeking their warmth and wisdom
I lost myself in the twinkling stars
that pierce my eyelids
through the open window.
Estrellas
Hay algo en esta noche
cuando las luces estan completamente encendidas,
como mis ojos,
y el cielo está completamente obscuro.
En noches como estas,
me voy flotando
entre los sueños de luces
que brotan desde las bombillas
y buscando su calor y su sabiduría
me pierdo entre el titilar de estrellas
que taladran mis párpados
a travez de la ventana abierta.

Por que viajar hasta las estrellas cuando estas pueden viajar hasta donde estes?
