Sun For Three
The sun sneaks in its arms
into this very quiet home
and paints over the blinds
a buoyant plaid pattern
like that in the shirt
of the man asleep in my bed
that probably dreams
with big, wondrous things,
that in the end, aren't me.
Sol De Tres
El sol anda metiendo sus rayos
dentro de esta casa callada
y dibuja sobre las cortinas
un alegre patrón de cuadros
como los cuadros en la camisa
de ese que duerme en mi cama
y que probablemente sueña
con grandes cosas que
al fin y al cabo no son yo.
